Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your access to and use of REMS, operated by Moxtech Developers. By registering an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Subscription & billing

REMS is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial-month refunds.

Acceptable use

You agree to use REMS only for lawful land business operations. You may not:

• Use REMS to record fraudulent, forged, or illegal land transactions.
• Attempt to access, query, or modify another tenant's data.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label REMS without a written Enterprise agreement.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or contains malicious code.
• Use the service in a way that disrupts availability for other users.

Account responsibilities

The account owner is responsible for all activity that occurs under their company account, including actions taken by invited team members. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@moxtechdevelopers.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your data

You own all business data you enter into REMS. We make no claim over your land records, client data, or documents. You may export your data at any time. We will never use your business records for purposes other than delivering the service.

Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure outages or force majeure events.

Limitation of liability

REMS is provided as-is. Moxtech Developers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Account owners will be notified by email for material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
