• Company data — company name, address, logo, tax identification, and other details you configure in your company settings.
• Business records — land acquisitions, plot inventory, client profiles, sales, payments, documents, and other records you create within REMS.
• Audit logs — a record of actions taken within the platform by your team members, used for accountability and security.

How we use it

Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve REMS. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

To deliver the service, we work with carefully selected infrastructure providers for data storage, file hosting, and AI-assisted features. These providers process your data solely to perform services on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access within your organization is role-based — team members only see what their assigned role permits. Ownership records are immutable by design to prevent tampering.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Financial records are never deleted — they are archived in compliance with standard business recordkeeping requirements. Upon account closure, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days upon written request.
